People only reply to negative reviews and land into a quarrel online. Some completely ignore positive reviews just by “liking it”
Your Google reviews or Facebook Reviews speaks on your behalf to your prospects. Replying to both Positive and Negative Reviews is Important.
This is the format one may use to reply to a positive review👇🏻
1. Address them with their First Name:-

Expressing to a positive review demonstrates that you take your customer reviews seriously. Also one should you cannot expect appreciation if you don’t show any yourself.

This will encourage people to write positive reviews for sure.
(Example:- If you own a cafe or restaurant give 5% off on their next order, If you are a service provider you can give a free consultation or demo)
🌟If the review was long enough you can even highlight their details shared and thank them for it.
🌟End with a thoughtful sign-off like “looking forward to your next visit”
Thank you for reading.
HOW TO REPLY TO A NEGATIVE REVIEW?✅
Replying to a negative review is important as it improves your customer’s overall experience because they feel there is someone to hear them out😇. Also it works for your business reputation as well. Silence can speak volumes in negative direction if the review is not replied.
This is the format you can use when replying a Negative Review:-

2. Apologize😔
Your customer is dissatisfied with your product or service and has given a negative review. It is important to apologize them online itself.
For Example:- (Customer service is one of our top priorities, and we are disappointed to learn that you had anything less than a stellar experience with us.)
3. Take it offline👇🏻
Do not get into a quarrel over the review online. Shift it offline and try solving the issue of the client. Even if the client was rude🤬 try taking the conversation offline.
For Example:- (Please give us a call at +91 0000000000 if you’d like to discuss this matter further. Thank you again for your honest feedback and we look forward to hearing from you.)

Difference between Customer, Client and Consumer.

Difference between Customer, Client and Consumer.

Various people use this words wrongly in their day to day lives without realising they have been using it wrong specifically 1 and 2 one i.e Customer and Client.😓

Here is the difference between all three

✔️Customer:- This is a person who buys product or services from a shop or business.

You are a customer to your local kirana shop.

✔️Client:- This is a person or organisation using the services of other professional person or company.

You are a client to a lawyer.

✔️Consumer:- A person who purchases good or services for personal use such as soap.

Things which are required on daily basis or will get over and you will need them again such as milk, toothpaste, lentils(dal) are consumer products.

HOW TO CREATE CURIOSITY ADVERTISE ( ADS ) AND WHAT ARE CURIOSITY ADS ?

HOW TO CREATE CURIOSITY ADS?

As promised yesterday this post is dedicated on how to create curiosity ads.⬇️

➡️Your headline is one of the most important thing while creating a curiosity ad. It has to be irresistible for the reader and force them to take an action.

➡️In order to create curiosity certain template which is common are

✔️“You won’t believe what happened next”

✔️“This one trick will change your life”

✔️If its a news then “the reason behind this will shock you”

➡️Using emotions or humour is another way to create curiosity. Try an ad which does so effectively and you’ll surely see more engagement.

ARE YOUR DIGITAL ADS NOT WORKING?🤔

For people who handle their social media pages themselves, sometimes lack in getting responses from ads. If this is your situation then this post is for YOU. ⬇️

You make a post and boost them. Boost Post and Facebook Ads differ in many broad ways. A post should be informative✍🏻, one can run contest, product/service details etc. , while creating an ad is altogether a different strategy. Thus one reason your ads are not working is because you are boosting posts and NOT❌ creating ads.

Now, If you are aware of Facebook campaigns and have knowledge on how to use it but you are unable to get desired results, then you should try CURIOSITY ADS. ✔️

WHAT ARE CURIOSITY ADS?

➡️Curiosity means something that is interesting because it is rare and unusual or an eager wish within you to know or learn about something.

➡️There are  ads which compel you to ask a question to the advertiser. Recall the last ad you replied to. It might had something which forced you take an action.

ARE PAID ADS ENOUGH?👩🏻‍💻

I have been receiving this a lot that people just want to opt for paid ads on social media and not posts on their pages or post only festival posts.

Here I list few points ✍🏻which will help you understand why posts are very very important.⬇️

➡️Helps you create engagement for the existing people who have followed and showed interest in your page.

➡️When you run Paid Ads people visit your pages as well for more information. Finding only festival posts or last post which was months back creates a negative impression.

➡️ No matter what the size of the audience your page has. Creating quality content on it will spark conversations.

➡️One can also educate audience through posts, run a contest, share with the world about the work culture etc.

Whatever the Industry is only paid ads shouldn’t be an option.

HOW TO USE EMOTIONS DURING PUBLIC SPEAKING?

HOW TO USE EMOTIONS DURING PUBLIC SPEAKING?

Every speech has an emotion, a character. Using it wisely with VOICE TONE can create a huge impact🤗. Most people just speak without emotions when they deliver a speech. Well if you also face similar issue then keep reading. ⬇️

✔️When you want to show ANGER 😡in your speech GO FAST and EMPHASIS ON IMPORTANT WORDS.

➡️Recall 🤔the last political speech you heard, most of them show anger towards opposition. Thus they speak fast but emphasis on certain words when required.

✔️When you are sharing a SAD 😢story or want to create emotional energy in the room, GO SLOW and TAKE PAUSE.

➡️Ever heard someone sharing their life sad but inspiring story? They slow down the speed of their speech so that the emotion 😔can sink in the audience. Also correct pauses are important here.

✔️Trying to make the audience laugh? This would require involvement of your eyes👀, facial expressions and hands.

➡️Make an eye contact and take a pause after the line you want them to laugh😂. If you rush towards the next line audience won't enjoy that particular moment.

HOPE THIS COULD HELP WHEN YOU DELIVER NEXT PUBLICLY.
